Why do I need a Pre-Approval Letter?

Honestly, a pre-approval letter will save you so much time and effort.

For one, if you don't have a pre-approval letter then you don't have a starting point of where you SHOULD be looking. Also, when submitting offers you will NOT be seriously considered.

In this fast paced market, most real estate agents have qualified and approved buyers looking at the homes you might already have your heart set on.

With that being said, this is not only an expectation but a requirement for majority of sellers. They don't want unqualified buyers, they want serious inquiries only! Some might even require a Pre- Approval letter to see the home.
